Very reliable home appliances also need repair. Today a customer contacted us and said that their old refrigerator Sub Zero stopped cooling in the Fresh Food Section. Our experienced technician visited the client the same day. Upon arrival, he performed a quick diagnostic and found that there was not enough refrigerant in the internal system of the Fresh Food Section. This ice machine has two separate internal systems. Only one of them was bad. Further search showed that the evaporator in the Fresh Food Section needed to be replaced. This job was performed in a timely manner. After the replacement of the evaporator, the internal system in the Fresh Food Section was charged with new refrigerant. Now the refrigerator works well. Our team always has suitable spare parts.

Today a customer contacted us and complained about their old refrigerator/freezer Sub Zero. The front door of the Fresh Food Section closed badly and by closing clicking sound could be heard. The issue when the door in the fresh food compartment closes badly can cause air leaks, which can affect the temperature and increase energy consumption. Our team took the order and the technician visited the customer rapidly. Several reasons could cause the issue starting from improper leveling. A thorough diagnostic showed that broken hinges were responsible for the problem. Both hinges had to be replaced. Our team changed the hinges quickly. Now the door closes well without additional sounds, the fridge will work further. The customer enjoys their home appliance.
