A customer called our company as their Gas stove Samsung was not lighting up. A Samsung gas stove not lighting up could be due to a faulty igniter, which may not spark to ignite the gas coming through the burner assembly. A clogged burner assembly or burner ports, obstructing the flow of gas into the igniter, can also prevent the Samsung gas stove from lighting up. A malfunctioning control valve or thermostat, which regulates the flow of gas into the burner assembly, can cause the Samsung gas stove to not light up or result in inconsistent heating. We sent out our technician for the diagnostics the same day and he found that the igniter was broken and needed replacement. Technician completed the replacement of the igniter and the stove is working properly as before, so customers are satisfied.
